About the Author

K. L. Kerr was born at approximately 3am on the 14th January 1984. We can assume it was a cold and rainy morning, because she was born in Manchester, England...

She started what is today known as the VAMPYR SNYPER Series at the tender young age of sixteen. It has been through so many changes since its conception that for most readers to read the original copy (that's 11 drafts and eight years ago) would probably kill them.

Her play [JEREMY (A Story of Real-Life, Only...Not)] was adapted by the Almost Famous Theatre Company in late 2004 (at this point, Kathryn had still not finished the script itself), and was performed at Salford's Robert Powell Theatre in April 2005. She plans any day now to pull her finger out and actually finish the book version.

Since she has not yet managed to break out of the UK, she lives there with her fiancé and two cats, Smeg and Neo.
